We need a strong Lok pal bill Please support Anna Hazare to wipe out curruption from our country join him on his website to caste your support

Just by passing a bill, corruption will not be eradicated. It is just a start. Every one has to take part in it from the grass roots. For example, can you get your work done without paying a chapraasi in BMC or giving baksheesh to a postman?

Anna Hazare is someone who spent Rs 2 lacs for his birthday bash from charity funds. He also has links with the RSS and people must be cautious about whom they support. If we dance to the tunes of this pied piper, heaven only knows what will be our fate.

Politicians are the same all over. They promise to build a bridge even where they is no river.
There are many men of principle in all parties in India, but there is no party of principle.
As it appears to our indian Aam Admi, that Anna is our Saviour to reedem us from corruption, i earnestly hope things work that way, and will be better for us citizens of this country.
Almost every party that stands for elections keeps pretending that they want to have a Lokpal, but its almost more than four decades, that this bill has not seen the light of the day.May be the present govt. does not to loose its vite bank in the next elections, so to pacify the citizens, they are proposing a lokpal bill, which will not give the lokpal commmittee, an edge, by restricting some of its powers.
In my opinion no one in the country, be it the PM or the president or the judiciary should be spared from coming under the ambit of a lokpal set up by us citizens.Any one given absolute power, can misuse it, so it's apt that even our PM or president or Judges should be monitored, particularly those of the lower judiciary.
We hace not been able to respect our freedom, after independence, so its just right that we have to be checked by a parallel authority.
Whether Annaji and his team is the right body to handle this, or anyone else,may not be the criteria; the time has come for the common man of this nation to demand answers from those he has elected to power.
