This site DOES NOT encourage you to download and share East Indian Songs as this is harmful to the economics of producing EI Music CD and in turn will harm our East Indian Singers and Song writers.

Every individual who uploads songs, should be for the benefit of promoting the CD and/or the singer, musician, producer etc. It is deemed that the individual uploading the music, does so with that in mind. However, if anyone does not want that his/her song be uploaded should contact the person who has uploaded and request him/her to remove this. If the matter is unresolved, the singer/producer (or involved party) may approach this site with their grievance.

The site urgues every uploader to upload songs of no more than 24 kbps so that the listener gets to hear the songs and then go and purchase the CD if he/she like the album.

Listeners, note the quality has been reduced for bandwidth reasons, and hence purchasing the original CD will give you the best quality.
